Interactive Intelligence partnered with Jobvite to implement Jobvite Engage, a candidate relationship management solution. The deployment was facilitated by a Jobvite Customer Success Account Manager who conducted onsite training sessions. Interactive Intelligence launched Jobvite Engage by implementing web campaigns designed to capture the attention of college students. The system allowed recruiters to tag candidates according to various criteria and create customized groups for targeted content delivery. Jobvite Engage also provided customized reports that offered valuable insights, helping recruiters identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and optimize processes. The user-friendly interface and real-time tracking of assessment results further enhanced the efficiency of the recruitment process.
