挑战
One of ITS System’s needs was to register all existing processes for further control and maintenance. Besides that, the company needed to reduce document hard copies and digital copies, have centralized information to obtain maximum re-usage of existing content, and allow independent area maintenance.
关于客户
ITS System is a company that focuses on providing services for the payment means industry, with the main objective of providing card issuer, purchaser, and flag processing and operation know-how. The company was born with DNA technology, betting on process organization and control to ensure relationship transparency and efficiency. Since its inception in 2010, ITS System has aimed to achieve operation quality, control, and transparency, which is reflected in its investment in advanced technological solutions like the SoftExpert Excellence Suite (SE Suite).
解决方案
Considering module integration as one of the highlight characteristics of SoftExpert Excellence Suite, ITS System has invested in the tool to deal initially with process management. ITS System believes that seeking process management excellence is fundamental to provide services with flexibility. The company's entire operational structure was designed and documented in SE Suite, totaling more than 4,500 activities and 200 processes/sub-processes registered. The product allows centralized storage of processes, as well as the entire complementary documentation. For easy process understanding, objective graphic tools, such as the input/output diagram and the turtle diagram, are used. The easiness of creating the flowchart in the tool itself also called ITS System's attention, because it not only eases format standardization but also report generation, called by the company “Process Books”. Solution integration is mentioned as a product advantage and analyzed as an important point for choosing SE Suite, because it eases corporate management and allows information/documents to be reused among tool modules.

Airbus Soars with Wearable Technology
Building an Airbus aircraft involves complex manufacturing processes consisting of thousands of moving parts. Speed and accuracy are critical to business and competitive advantage. Improvements in both would have high impact on Airbus’ bottom line. Airbus wanted to help operators reduce the complexity of assembling cabin seats and decrease the time required to complete this task.

Improving Production Line Efficiency with Ethernet Micro RTU Controller
Moxa was asked to provide a connectivity solution for one of the world's leading cosmetics companies. This multinational corporation, with retail presence in 130 countries, 23 global braches, and over 66,000 employees, sought to improve the efficiency of their production process by migrating from manual monitoring to an automatic productivity monitoring system. The production line was being monitored by ABB Real-TPI, a factory information system that offers data collection and analysis to improve plant efficiency. Due to software limitations, the customer needed an OPC server and a corresponding I/O solution to collect data from additional sensor devices for the Real-TPI system. The goal is to enable the factory information system to more thoroughly collect data from every corner of the production line. This will improve its ability to measure Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and translate into increased production efficiencies. System Requirements • Instant status updates while still consuming minimal bandwidth to relieve strain on limited factory networks • Interoperable with ABB Real-TPI • Small form factor appropriate for deployment where space is scarce • Remote software management and configuration to simplify operations
