The IT team in Poland is largely self-sufficient and supports retail, corporate investment, and central banking operations.

For the data migration project, Hazelcast was used as a fast operational data store in a cluster of 16 machines, each with 8 cores and 20 GB of RAM. This setup allowed them to perform the migration within the expected time window. For the Internet banking project, Hazelcast was used as a modern caching solution to provide data from core banking systems to frontend developers. This ensured high performance and minimal impact on core systems. Data synchronization was handled through Hazelcast, ensuring real-time data availability.
