The manufacturing process begins with raw timber, which is crafted into frame components in the wood shop. Fabric is cut on a CNC machine, and panels are sewn together. The frames, fabric, and other materials are then delivered to dedicated upholstery cells for each brand, where the furniture is completed. The WinMan ERP also includes a 'Transport Allocation' module, which produces van loading sheets for the despatch area, detailing the sales orders, customer information, and delivery routes. This ensures that orders are dispatched accurately and efficiently.
