When the Dell server eventually failed, the Datto SIRIS' Instant Virtualization feature allowed Rogers Electro-Matics to continue operations without any downtime. Preferred IT spun up the latest image from the old server and ran it on the SIRIS for nearly a month while waiting for the new server parts to arrive. This seamless transition ensured that Rogers Electro-Matics' production files and office applications remained accessible and operational.
