The company operates in over 100 countries, with their marketing team supporting a range of international departments and distribution partners. They were in need of a robust digital asset management system that could efficiently manage their global content operations, ensure brand consistency, and comply with GDPR requirements.
The Solution
Alliance Laundry Systems turned to Acquia DAM, which included the Assets, Insights, and Portals applications. This solution provided advanced content management functionality, including search and sharing tools, upload options, data analytics, and security features. The company used portals to provide their partners with easy access to curated groups of current project images, location images, and logos. They also used embed codes for assets in Acquia DAM to streamline how they published content online. This strategy, known as COPE (create once, publish everywhere), allowed Alliance to publish assets across multiple websites and channels by maintaining a connection with the master file in the DAM system. Customer service was also a top priority for Alliance, and they found the support resources on the Acquia website, including the chat feature, to be very helpful.
