The solution involved automating each phase of the talent lifecycle in line with Bullhorn’s Connected Recruiting strategy. The first phase, 'Attract', involved using AI and machine learning to match candidates with job openings, thereby increasing efficiency and improving the candidate experience. The 'Engage' phase involved cleaning their data to effectively communicate with talent and setting up regular automations to engage with available candidates. The 'Onboard' phase involved streamlining the onboarding process with Onboarding365, which allowed the team to gather basic information from each candidate and send them mobile-friendly paperwork to fill out. The final phase, 'Nurture', involved setting up a date-based automation to check in with candidates on assignment and planning to automate feedback surveys at the end of a candidate’s assignment.
