Motion Recruitment decided to transition to Bullhorn Automation from Sense in 2020, having been a Bullhorn customer since 2016. The decision was driven by the superior capabilities of Bullhorn Automation, which were threefold compared to Sense. Bullhorn Automation offered recruitment automation and data hygiene, which intrigued the Motion team. The solution also allowed Motion to automate and eliminate time-consuming manual tasks, thereby increasing the team’s efficiency. This made them more effective in communicating with candidates and clients. The automation technology also helped Motion to build trust and integrity in the data they accessed in Bullhorn, which was crucial for creating a positive candidate experience and continuing to innovate.
