If there was a match, Zapier saved a record of the email to that contact's CRM record. This allowed Sommer to maintain a complete record of conversation in one spot: LionDesk. These simple automations helped Sommer manage the back-end of her real estate business more efficiently, freeing up time to focus on client engagement.
