They manage customer support for a lot of high profile direct-to-consumer brands, making it imperative for them to have a robust and secure access control system. As they were building out a new office space, they were in search of a solution that would provide a seamless experience for their employees, allow them to scale with their expanding team, and help them remain PCI compliant.
The Solution
Avigilon Alta's cloud-based and mobile-optimized system was the solution to Kustomer's challenge. The system provided a frictionless workplace access experience, with Alta's mobile credentials allowing Kustomer employees to freely navigate the office without needing to carry around keycards or badges. The system also offered direct integration with G Suite, meaning that whenever an employee was added or removed from their company directory, their Alta credential was automatically issued or revoked. This feature ensured that the access control system was always up-to-date with the company's employee directory. Furthermore, the system allowed Kustomer to remain PCI compliant, protecting the private information of the high profile direct-to-consumer brands they manage.
