Strategic Staffing Solutions (S3), a global staffing firm, was facing a significant challenge in managing its candidate sourcing process. S3 has been a customer of Resume-Library since May 2019 and recommends the job site for any staffing firms looking for fresh, quality candidates in all industries.
To address the challenge, Resume-Library and Bullhorn integrated their platforms. This integration allowed S3 to post jobs to Resume-Library and search its entire resume database without leaving Bullhorn’s site. The seamless integration provided S3 with a streamlined hiring process, including full access to Resume-Library’s growing database of new candidates. The integration also incorporated Resume-Library’s clever sourcing technology, making it quick and easy for S3 to find the best candidates for their vacancies. Furthermore, S3 could post all of their vacancies across Resume-Library’s network of 100+ job boards without ever leaving the Bullhorn site. All applications automatically appeared in their Shortlist, and they could easily see which candidates had applied via Resume-Library by checking the source. This solution not only saved valuable time but also improved the efficiency of the hiring process.
