  • Conducted 27 stakeholder interviews, including 8 customers, 5 VCs, and 9 software companies.
  • Identified 50 use cases, from which 10 were prioritized by opportunity size, customer interest, market competitiveness, technical feasibility, and right to win.
  • Created business cases based on qualitative and quantitative benefits that were mapped to operational KPIs and financial metrics.
