  • Interview customers and domain experts to gather insights and understand specific needs.
  • Map processes and pain points within the production line to highlight areas for improvement.
  • Ideate and prioritize use cases by assessing their potential impact and feasibility.
  • Establish detailed business cases and ROI analyses to support decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Define a comprehensive digital portfolio roadmap to guide future initiatives and investments.
Result
  • Conducted 27 stakeholder interviews, including 8 customers, 5 VCs, and 9 software companies.
  • Identified 50 use cases, from which 10 use cases were prioritized by opportunity size, customer interest, market competitiveness, technical feasibility, and right to win.
  • Created business cases based on qualitative and quantitative benefits that were mapped to operational KPIs and financial metrics.
