Sidel India Pvt. Ltd. is a leading manufacturer of bottling and packaging machinery in India. A subsidiary of Sidel Participations, France, the company was incorporated in India in 1997 to manage bottling machinery development and manufacturing operations as part of the Sidel Group. The Sidel Group supplies and produces bottling machinery for some of the biggest names in the international food and beverage sector, including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Danone, Nestlé, and Heineken. Sidel India develops and manufactures fully automatic, two-stage, stretch blow-molding machines for producing polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles and containers, which are widely used for beverages, food, and other liquids.

Sidel India implemented SOLIDWORKS 3D design software, including SOLIDWORKS Standard, SOLIDWORKS Professional, and SOLIDWORKS Premium. They also adopted SOLIDWORKS Enterprise PDM for product data management and SOLIDWORKS Composer for technical communication. The transition to SOLIDWORKS enabled Sidel India to handle large assemblies more efficiently, make design changes quickly, and improve overall productivity. The SOLIDWORKS EPDM system helped tighten revision controls, automate development workflows, and extend access to 3D CAD data to other departments. SOLIDWORKS Composer accelerated the development of user manuals and training materials, improving the quality of documentation.
