汽车异型件(发动机凸轮轴、曲轴、汽车内饰件IP、ID等部件)的特点是不规则,反光曲面等困难导致机器视觉智能检测问题。我国此类产品的智能检测技术发展相对较慢。
目前,90%以上的异型件生产企业还停留在人工目检方式。但人工目检检测复杂缺陷速度慢,可靠性差(如人工目检凸轮轴,熟练的质检人员每件需要2-3分钟)。
解决方案
本项目研制的异形件智能检测设备填补了国内空白。旨在替代人工目检(速度55s/pcs)对汽车异形金属件表面缺陷的检测。结果最终被数字化并与生产线实时沟通。

Case Study
Integral Plant Maintenance
Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The new plant offers a capacity to manufacture diesel engines for the Russian market, for locally produced Sprinter Classic. In addition to engines for the local market, the Yaroslavl plant will also produce spare parts. Mercedes-Benz Russia and his partner needed a service partner in order to ensure the operation of these lines in a maintenance partnership arrangement. The challenges included coordinating the entire maintenance management operation, in particular inspections, corrective and predictive maintenance activities, and the optimizing spare parts management. Siemens developed a customized maintenance solution that includes all electronic and mechanical maintenance activities (Integral Plant Maintenance).

A large German/American producer of auto parts uses high-pressure pumps to deburr machined parts as a part of its production and quality check process. They decided to monitor these pumps to make sure they work properly and that they can see any indications leading to a potential failure before it affects their process.
