The implementation of Infobip’s solution significantly improved the operational efficiency of the LEAP Summit. The solution allowed for automatic segmentation of attendee data, simplifying the identification of available communication channels. The failover with SMS ensured that messages were delivered to attendees without internet access, allowing the event organizational team to focus on building engaging event communication. The ability to manage campaigns quickly and efficiently led to better results and higher levels of engagement. The decrease in the number of questions directed at staff by nearly 50% freed up volunteers and team members to focus on improving the event experience for everyone.
