关于客户
Foreshore Limited is a leading provider of hosting, messaging, storage, distributed denial of service (DDoS) protection and other Internet services to the offshore business world. Since its inception in 2000, the company has emerged as a trusted service provider, meeting the rigorous 24/7 operational requirements of international banks, major e-retailers and electronic payment providers. Foreshore's non-stop network infrastructure is backed by 100 percent service level agreements and a six-year track record of no downtime. The company is based in the Channel Islands and uses a multi-site Internet backbone to ensure no single points of failure or reliance on any single service provider. Its resilient IP network uses multiple upstream providers and peers, and is based on a Cisco infrastructure and utilizes BGP routing for service delivery to customers.
解决方案
To help maintain its enviable track record and optimize its customer services, Foreshore relies on the Peakflow® SP (“Peakflow SP”) solution. Peakflow SP delivers the pervasive network visibility, deep application insight and comprehensive threat management to surgically mitigate and report on DDoS and zero-day threats before they impact Foreshore’s business services. This granular visibility is key to Peakflow SP’s ability to provide Foreshore with network-wide, non-intrusive anomaly detection and intelligent mitigation. Peakflow SP learns normal traffic and routing behavior across hundreds of routers and thousands of interfaces and correlates the traffic patterns with the topology data to build logical data models. In addition to relying on Peakflow SP to defend its own network against DDoS attacks, Foreshore uses the system to help deliver managed DDoS detection and mitigation services to customers.

Vodafone Hosted On AWS
Vodafone found that traffic for the applications peak during the four-month period when the international cricket season is at its height in Australia. During the 2011/2012 cricket season, 700,000 consumers downloaded the Cricket Live Australia application. Vodafone needed to be able to meet customer demand, but didn’t want to invest in additional resources that would be underutilized during cricket’s off-season.
