The Challenge
Agilyx, a global IT services company, faced the challenge of integrating compliance systems into their day-to-day operations. With offices in multiple countries, the complexity of their operations was high. They needed a way to document and communicate processes across their worldwide operations. Additionally, as an IT company, information security was critical, making ISO27001 accreditation a significant goal. The ongoing management of their information security management system was a complex task. Furthermore, Agilyx aimed to embed corporate social responsibility into their processes, specifically improving their environmental practice and management system to achieve Enviro-Mark Diamond Level status.
About The Customer
Agilyx is a global IT services company that sells, maintains, and supports ERP systems for large organizations. The company is headquartered in Sydney and has offices in Canada, the UK, Singapore, New Zealand, and Australia. Their clients include large organizations like NZ Post and the Queensland Government. As an IT company, information security is critical for Agilyx, making ISO27001 accreditation a significant achievement. The company also places a high value on corporate social responsibility, aiming to improve their environmental practice and management system.
The Solution
To manage the complexity of integrating compliance systems, Agilyx moved their critical information security management system using the Nintex Promapp® risk and compliance add-on. This tool helped them overlay the risk and security management processes and policies that were already in place, significantly reducing the administrative effort involved. The team used Nintex Promapp daily, constantly reviewing and refining processes as part of their business-as-usual activity, making it easier to remain compliant with ISO27001 requirements. To achieve their environmental goals, Agilyx deployed an environmental management system certification with the help of Nintex Promapp, which allowed them to exceed their own expectations by achieving the certification in just three months.
