The company operates through both distribution and retail channels, offering a variety of ways to serve their customers. As a growing business, Becker Safety & Supply transitioned from manual paper processes to using NetSuite and a warehouse management system (WMS) in 2016. However, their initial WMS did not meet their needs, prompting them to seek a more reliable solution.
The Solution
Becker Safety & Supply decided to replace their initial WMS with RF-SMART after evaluating several other solutions. RF-SMART was chosen for its ease of use and functionality, particularly its mobile device capabilities. The new system allowed employees to quickly determine order status, reducing the need to retrace steps or hunt for missing items.
