The Solution

This solution mainly adopts modern automatic control technology, wireless communication technology to implement the remotely monitoring, which mainly includes the front-end data acquisition and control, wireless data transmission, master station system and so on.

The main purpose of the front-end data acquisition is to realize the real-time data collection and transmission to the main station in order to control the gas.

The wireless communication unites mainly uses Bivocom industrial cellular modem or industrial cellular router to carry on the data transmission through the network provider’s 2G / 3G / 4G cellular technology, and then report all the data to cloud IoT platform for analyzing via Modbus/Python/MQTT protocol.
