The Challenge
Strategic Growth, a top Salesforce Gold Consulting Partner in the US, was facing challenges with its case study production process. The process was slow, unreliable, and often failed to comply with the Salesforce template. After completing a Salesforce implementation for a client, a Strategic Growth consultant would manually fill out the case study slide template provided by Salesforce. This was often done weeks or months later, and sometimes all relevant data was not captured. If consultants pasted into a template on their local PC drive instead of downloading the latest template, someone would have to recreate the case study in the correct format. The company was meeting Salesforce’s case study quota, but wanted to improve efficiency by eliminating these manual steps.
About The Customer
Strategic Growth, Inc. is one of the top Salesforce Gold Consulting Partners in the United States. The company has a robust case-study generation process, which is an integral part of its business operations. Case studies are used as a sales tool for both Strategic Growth and Salesforce, reflecting the prospective customer’s industry, region, and business. The company was looking for a solution to streamline this process, make it faster, more reliable, and ensure compliance with the Salesforce template. The Vice President and Chief Architect at Strategic Growth, Caleb Sidel, was instrumental in choosing Nintex Drawloop as the solution to these challenges.
The Solution
To address these challenges, Strategic Growth adopted Nintex Drawloop, a document generation service that creates documents quickly, accurately, and predictably by merging Salesforce data into any combination of document templates. When consultants complete and close a project, they initiate a case study by clicking a button on the Project Summary object in Salesforce. Nintex Drawloop then accesses customer data from the company’s Salesforce database and instantly populates the latest slide template. The consultants provide additional details to complete the case study. This solution ensures that consultants always use the correct, up-to-date template, saving time and improving the reliability of the process.
