The goal was to create hype over its ongoing product launches and promotions, and in the process, increase email leads from Instagram while creating more engagement with their followers. The challenge was to effectively utilize their active Instagram following to generate leads and increase engagement.

The brand specializes in fun, functional, and chic furniture and has a strong online presence with an active Instagram following of over 250,000 people. OlimpiaHome regularly runs product launch email campaigns for its eCommerce store and aims to engage its audience and create excitement over its ongoing product launches and promotions. The brand is known for its innovative approach to marketing and its commitment to providing high-quality products to its customers.
OlimpiaHome partnered with Simone Magazzù and team at Loop agency to activate its Instagram audience. They published an Instagram Story promoting a teaser for an upcoming launch, which followers could learn more about by messaging the brand in Instagram Messenger using rose emojis. This initiated a conversation with the follower, during which they would learn about upcoming products and discounts, and have the option to add items to their wishlist on the brand’s website. During the conversation, OlimpiaHome collected contact information from the followers using ManyChat’s Flow Builder. This information was used to update the brand's client database and to continue with the product launch through email. The campaign leveraged Instagram Automation by ManyChat, using Keyword Automation to connect with Story viewers.
