About The Customer
Berner Foods is a market-leading supplier of quality food products, including natural cheese, specialty performance cheese, processed cheese and soy beverages. The company is a private label manufacturer of foods and beverages including dips and cheese sauces. Its major manufacturing facility is located in Illinois and it maintains three distribution facilities. The company has an ambitious 5-year growth plan and is approaching full capacity.
The Solution
The company implemented Ross ERP to manage inventory, costs and financing and Factory MES to improve factory operations and increase capacity through better utilization. Berner Food & Beverage also chose Pivotal CRM to manage its customer relationships. The Event Management Framework ties it all together and issues real-time alerts.
