Tako Agency delivered a new website theme for Wicked Edge that was twice as fast as the old one, with a custom homepage and product page featuring sharp angles and an eye-catching color palette. To address the product learning curve, Tako recommended implementing a product recommendation quiz powered by Octane AI. The Tako team and Wicked Edge collaborated to formulate the quiz questions, creating a flowchart that visually depicted the customer journey. The quiz primarily assessed the customer's needs and suggested the appropriate product, with two questions dedicated to collecting zero-party data. The 'Add All to Cart' feature of Octane AI was used when recommending products. Tako also integrated the quiz with Klaviyo, allowing each quiz answer to pass through as an individual data point, creating highly segmented user groups for nuanced email marketing.
