The company, which is based in Laurentides and Lanaudiere, Canada, has been in business for over 50 years and now manages two factories. The company is involved in the production and distribution of baked goods and has a workforce of 200 employees. Before the implementation of the Fidelio ERP system in 2014, the company's processes such as purchasing, production, packaging, distribution, and even collection, were all handled manually.
