Masymas Supermarkets, a Spanish retailer and part of Hijos de Luis Rodríguez, S.A, was seeking to improve its processes, reinforce sales channels, and increase customer satisfaction. The supermarket chain and consumer product distributor aimed to drive digital transformation to achieve complete automation of its operations. The challenge was to implement a system that could automate various business processes, eliminate human errors, and expedite tasks. The company also wanted to digitize tasks related to contracting suppliers, eliminating the use of paper and telephone calls for follow-ups. Another challenge was to streamline all procedures related to franchisee management. The company was looking for a solution that could help them become a leading example for the rest of the food retail sector.
Masymas Supermarkets is a Spanish retailer and part of Hijos de Luis Rodríguez, S.A. The company is a supermarket chain and consumer product distributor that aims to improve its processes, reinforce sales channels, and increase customer satisfaction. The company is committed to driving digital transformation to achieve complete automation of its operations. Masymas Supermarkets is focused on becoming a leading example of business innovation in the food retail sector by leveraging the AuraQuantic platform to automate its business processes.
The company partnered with Grupo PFS, an AuraQuantic partner and technology service provider, to lead the project. After a consultancy meeting with Grupo PFS, the company’s management agreed to a progressive and coordinated implementation of the AuraQuantic platform. An interdisciplinary group was created to represent everyone involved in the business processes that could be automated. The first phase involved analyzing all the processes that could be automated to detect possible deficiencies. The information gathered was shared with the AuraQuantic partner, so that their team of consultants could develop an initial version of the first process to be automated, that of “Product registration”. After its modeling, the process was shared with the team from masymas Supermarkets, who suggested possible areas of improvement. Once this first phase was completed, the process was authorized for implementation in a testing environment with practical improvements, while employees were trained, and user manuals were drawn up.
