To modernize its recruitment process, AHRC Nassau adopted a best-in-class Applicant Tracking System (ATS) from iCIMS. This system helped the team speed up hiring processes and stay competitive in a fast-paced market. The ATS dashboard allowed candidates to indicate how they were referred to the organization and self-identify, providing the talent acquisition (TA) team with insights into sourcing a diverse pool of candidates. Furthermore, AHRC Nassau adopted iCIMS Text Engagement for pre-interview screening, which significantly sped up the process. Instead of making individual phone calls, team members could send a blast to 100 people with a single click, saving hours of recruiters' time.
