The X Company is a national network of social clubs and private residences. They were in need of a custom access control platform that could integrate disparate access systems without compromising the user experience. The company's existing access control systems were primarily focused on individual unit doors and lacked the necessary security features for busy lobby and amenity spaces. The X Company sought a solution that could streamline and improve interactions between tenants, the physical building, and ownership.
The Solution
Foxbox Digital developed a custom access control platform for The X Company, leveraging mobile SDK and open APIs. The solution involved the creation of the X Co. app, which combined Avigilon Alta and the existing access provider for a seamless, fully digital resident and multifamily access control experience. To ensure multiple systems functioned as one, Foxbox's integrated solution synced two dashboards and two mobile SDKs into one sleek, user-friendly resident app with a host of modern features and capabilities. The cloud-based platform made management easy, and the remote unlock feature allowed residents to accommodate guests and deliveries.
