The end-to-end customer journey, from lead to student and from start date to class completion, was automated in Creatio. Custom-built workflows helped the school to manage processes at an accelerated pace. The system was integrated with the school's website and Facebook, allowing student data to automatically sync with Creatio. The system also generated proposals based on customer requirements and location, created new orders, and generated payment plans for students. The system was also integrated with the servicing bank to automatically populate the system once a transaction was complete, simplifying the payment tracking process for company employees.
