中国汽车制造商东南汽车面临着优化 DX7 车辆碰撞性能同时减少对物理测试的依赖的挑战。碰撞安全是研发过程中至关重要的一环,设计具有良好碰撞能量吸收性能的车身是汽车设计的主要目标之一。然而,由于原型碰撞测试的成本很高,仅通过反复试验来验证设计的可行性是不切实际的。虚拟仿真成功与否的关键取决于仿真结果是否准确反映了物理测试结果。 DX7 项目的目标是在时间和预算紧张的情况下实现最佳的耐撞性。两个主要挑战是确保 CAE 仿真结果准确反映物理碰撞测试以及分析和优化约束系统。

解决方案
为了克服这些挑战,Soueast 与 Altair 的工程服务部门 Altair ProductDesign 合作。该团队利用 HyperWorks 套件及其 RADIOSS 求解器来模拟和优化 DX7 车辆的碰撞性能。此过程包括分析当前的结构和约束系统,并提出可以提高性能的潜在改进设计建议。 DX7 车身结构开发中的一个关键载荷工况是 C-NCAP 高速 40% 偏移可变形屏障。然后使用 HyperStudy 对保险杠梁、纵梁、猎枪式、强制降档和门槛设计进行了广泛的优化。最终达到了加速和侵入效果的目标,并且还减轻了前车体的重量。在约束系统的开发方面,对转向柱挤压、脚踏板设计、座椅设计、安全带限力器、安全气囊尺寸和通风口进行了优化。

Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The new plant offers a capacity to manufacture diesel engines for the Russian market, for locally produced Sprinter Classic. In addition to engines for the local market, the Yaroslavl plant will also produce spare parts. Mercedes-Benz Russia and his partner needed a service partner in order to ensure the operation of these lines in a maintenance partnership arrangement.
