长安汽车求助于 CAE 软件解决方案提供商 Altair 来应对这一挑战。 Altair 的企业解决方案团队定制了现有的成套解决方案以满足长安的特定需求,从而产生了长安底盘结构自动化工具。该工具指导用户完成扭梁模型预处理的必要流程,自动执行重复任务以节省时间。用户现在可以使用 HyperMesh 对扭转梁进行网格划分,以实现与实际组件中几乎相同的细节水平,根据分析数据创建焊缝,分配适当的材料并识别它们的接触点。该解决方案可以加速模型组织和快速网格生成。模型建立后,可以将其导入 OptiStruct 或任何其他求解器中以生成所需的结果。

Mercedes-Benz and his partner GAZ chose Siemens to be its maintenance partner at a new engine plant in Yaroslavl, Russia. The challenges included coordinating the entire maintenance management operation, in particular inspections, corrective and predictive maintenance activities, and the optimizing spare parts management. Siemens developed a customized maintenance solution that includes all electronic and mechanical maintenance activities (Integral Plant Maintenance).
