The company's existing systems were unable to provide access and control over key insights such as safety incidents and investigations, progress of best practice SOP implementation, and real-time visibility and data into safety performance. This lack of visibility and control was hindering the company's ability to make proactive decisions to prevent workplace incidents and implement organization-wide changes.

Grupo Bimbo partnered with Parsable to digitize their processes and integrate the Connected Worker into their QSR safety program. This allowed the company to collect and analyze critical safety data, develop and apply corrective actions in real-time, and engage and train employees in 8 different languages. The digitized safety program components enabled Grupo Bimbo to make proactive decisions to prevent workplace incidents. Through full visibility and connectivity, operations leaders were able to push organization-wide revisions and updates to safety policies and SOPs. Using Connected Worker®, Grupo Bimbo effectively distributed and conducted virtual workshops across 10 countries in 8 different languages.
