TRAWCOE 项目由匈牙利布达佩斯 EK 协会发起和协调。该项目汇集了广泛的合作伙伴关系,包括建筑行业代表、建筑实践、木材加工公司、提供木工和建筑培训的职业学校以及活跃在历史古迹和传统手工艺保护领域的非营利组织。国际伙伴关系的参与者代表七个欧洲国家:法国、匈牙利、意大利、拉脱维亚、罗马尼亚、西班牙和英国。
