This software provided total visibility into their quality data, enabling them to quickly spot trouble areas and work closely with suppliers to correct issues before raw materials were shipped to the U.S. The real-time data visibility allowed King & Prince to manage their inputs in the country of origin, reducing variation and focusing on value-added processes in the U.S. The digital transformation enabled King & Prince to view quality data from all points of origin in one centralized database, making it easier to analyze and make smart business decisions.
