解决方案
画廊采用 Nintex 工作流程云来消除博物馆范围内的各种表格和工作流程。为了应对 COVID-19 大流行,画廊迅速建立并实施了新的访客登记表,作为更新的业务应急要求的一部分。该解决方案利用基于 Nintex Workflow Cloud 构建的两个工作流程。访客通过填写可通过移动设备访问的匿名表格来登录。提交后,所有详细信息都会记录在 SharePoint 在线列表中。如果响应符合任何标记的参数,则会将其升级给博物馆的安全团队。随着监管机构的要求和建议发生变化,访客登记表的字段也可以轻松更新。
