The Music Garage needed to differentiate itself from other garages in its immediate vicinity, making the experience the most attractive to potential customers. The unique focus on ambiance paired with security is what sets the Music Garage apart. To improve the overall atmosphere, the garage was overhauled with new paint and a state-of-the-art speaker system streaming music 24/7 throughout the garage. To increase security and the feeling of safety throughout the garage, the owners installed 40+ high def security cameras throughout the garage and built a storefront, customer-facing command center that looped live footage of each level of the garage on six giant monitors. The Music Garage’s focus on increased security paired with the vibrant atmosphere has created a truly superior parking option for customers in downtown Denver. Location was a key consideration for the property’s needs: situated in a highly populated downtown metro, parkers needed the ability to enter and exit the garage efficiently, especially during events. With only one lane in and one lane out, FlashParking’s mobile-first and bluetooth-enabled hardware provides an easy-to-use, contactless experience for the monthly parkers, while eParking reservation integrations enable those accessing the garage for events to easily and efficiently pre-pay on entry.

The Music Garage is a freestanding parking garage located in the heart of downtown Denver, conveniently close to Union Station and just a block from Coors Stadium. The owner aimed to rebrand the garage to create a safe and comfortable parking environment for all users. To achieve this, they hired Parkwell, one of Denver’s leading parking and mobility companies, to manage the rebranding and operational overhaul. The garage was renamed the Music Garage and partnered with FlashParking to implement a future-ready solution that would enhance the overall parking experience. FlashParking provided a comprehensive solution to address the challenges faced by the Music Garage. The implementation included mobile-first and bluetooth-enabled hardware to offer a contactless experience for monthly parkers. eParking reservation integrations were also introduced to allow event parkers to pre-pay easily and efficiently upon entry. To enhance security, over 40 high-definition security cameras were installed throughout the garage, and a customer-facing command center was built to display live footage on six giant monitors. The garage was also revamped with new paint and a state-of-the-art speaker system streaming music 24/7 to create a vibrant atmosphere. FlashParking’s system also allowed for over-the-air updates, enabling remote configuration and access to resolve issues with pay stations or gates, ensuring a reliable and seamless customer experience.
