The Sumo Logic Continuous Intelligence Platform (CIP) was integrated with the company's AWS, Google Cloud, and self-managed data center. Sumo Logic provided quality support during setup and rollout, helping Tailored Brands gain essential visibility into system states and transaction flows. The platform ingested logs from all sales terminals, providing real-time log monitoring across stores. This visibility allowed the company to understand and address POS issues proactively, reducing helpdesk calls. Additionally, Sumo Logic enabled end-to-end transaction visibility, especially valuable during high-volume periods like Cyber Monday and Black Friday.
